The staff were fantastic. Our comfort king room was welcoming with a balcony and comfortable chairs, as well as Air-con. There was lots of fresh food for breakfast.

Everything was nice, PATIENT staff, excellent location just next door to the surrounding areas, nature, and the restaurants there. Had a lovely stay in our well-designed and well-equipped room with a patio overlooking the lake, which was beautiful.

We stayed in a lovely room overlooking the vineyards and lake, with beautiful Caudalie toiletries in the bathroom. The housekeeping team was excellent and the evening room refresh was greatly appreciated. The hotel boasts three restaurants, and we enjoyed both lunch and dinner at the Bistro restaurant, with wonderful food. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the croissants. Our highlight was the exceptional 7-course tasting menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant, with standout dishes like sea bass and chocolate dessert. The wine tour was informative and the spa provided a relaxing experience.

Great location close to vineyards and beautiful nature, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The room is well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The service is spot on 👌.

We had an incredible time at Les Sources De Caudalie. the spa was absolutely amazing, creating a truly relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. All the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. the facilities were top-notch, and the bar was even better. We also appreciated the beautiful and quiet room, delicious food, and the exceptional service from check-in to checkout. the location and setting of the hotel were stunning, and the château grounds provided a calm and relaxing environment. We can't wait to come back!

In the restaurant sometimes too cold and candles for the cosiness were missing.

The stay at Chalet de Thiel was very pleasant and quiet, beautifully situated in this beautiful park. The existing building has been renovated very sensitively, tastefully and generously, giving it a special flair in which one feels very comfortable.

We had to leave at 7.00 a.m., could not get breakfast in the Chalet de Thiel (not even coffee and croissant), they prepared us coffee (but it was not possible to get milk with the coffee) and croissant in the reception.

Stayed in a nice styled and perfectly clean room with a patio overlooking the lake, which was beautiful. The location was marvellous, within a close distance from Chateau Rochemorin. A michelin-starred restaurant was top-notch for lunch and dinner.
